You can ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data from WhatsApp and other messaging conversations with us.
How to request deletion
1. Email info@tripearlsoft.com with the subject line "Data deletion request".
2. Include the phone number or email address you used to contact us, so we can find your records. You can also send the request as a WhatsApp message from that number.
3. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on the request.
What we delete
Your contact details, conversation history and any other personal data we hold about you in our systems and messaging tools.
What we may keep
Information we must keep by law (for example, invoices and tax records) or need to handle a legal claim. We keep only what is necessary and for as long as required.
Timing
We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of confirming your request and will email you when it is done.
Stop messages without deleting data
Reply STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, and we will stop sending you promotional messages.
